EDF Pulse program was launched in Paris in 2014 inviting innovative low carbon solution start-ups to participate and compete to win the EDF Pulse title along with other incentives of a cash prize, opportunity for EDF invest in their start-up to promote industrial solutions.
After an enormous response in Paris, the EDF Pulse Program was expanded to the UK, Africa and now in 2020 it happened in India. Since 2014, 1800 Start-ups have applied, 29 Projects have won awards and 60+ projects have been supported by the EDF Pulse Agency.
In 2020, the 1st Edition of EDF Pulse India was launched where 81 low carbon solution start-ups participated and 4 start-ups (Nunam, Charge Zone, Solavio Labs and Temperate technologies) were awarded with EDF Pulse trophies, cash prizes and explore opportunities to work together. With a positive response from Indian innovative start-ups, the EDF Pulse India 2nd version will be launched in 2021.
